Nightmare stay with zero windows

This place was a total letdown! My husband got stuck in a tiny room with no windows. Really? ! The staff didn’t seem to care, and we never heard back from them about the extra charges. Breakfast was decent, but c’mon, a room without sunlight? Pass on this one!

The large room was cozy with high ceilings, and I loved the tea and coffee setup with biscuits!

Room 14 felt less like a bedroom and more like a converted bathroom—no window and poor plug socket placement made it inconvenient. Carrying luggage up the stairs was another downside, making the experience quite frustrating.
